Jeff H. Haire-Partner
Jeff H. Haire-Partner-founder of Metsource in 1999. Metsource started as an IT/Services company and added an equipment leasing/finance company shortly thereafter. It has written over 1100 contracts. In 2015 the M&A Advisory service business was added and has been a key product since- working with buyers and sellers in the hundreds. Specialty vertical segments are pest, IT services, finance companies, medical practices, pool service and accounting practices. Prior to Metsource worked for a Fortune 500 company working thru the ranks to National Accounts Sales Manager in the SE Region- numerous awards. Left to start/with-a partner and investor an IT/Finance company from scratch. Company went from 0- to-25MM in annual revenue-was then sold. Licensed in FL to sell businesses: Education: BS Accounting-FL Southern College, Lakeland, FL., Xerox International Sales and Management Training Ctr., Leesburg, VA/Rochester, NY.
JP Nicolais-Partner
JP Nicolais-Partner- has been involved in M&A work since the 1990s. His career started as a state and federal government relations specialist after which he served as CEO of a manufacturers’ trade association. He then became an entrepreneur and with his partner, built a 43-person consulting firm that provided M&A services to large and mid-sized firms. After selling his firm to a Fortune 1,000 company, he devoted time to raising funds for Gulf Coast disaster recovery and formed his own consulting firm that provided M&A and venture capital services. His M&A expertise covers pest control, landscaping, trucking, and healthcare, including clinical labs. He is a graduate of Fordham University and has a law degree from George Washington University Law Center.
